Tony Roman
Founder
Tony is a producer working at the intersection of production, post, and emerging AI workflows in film and television. His background is rooted in post-production and VFX — years managing complex, effects-heavy projects for network television, including as an AI producer on Baywatch (Fox/Fremantle) and 7 years on NBC's New Amsterdam as second unit director, executive producer, and VFX producer, alongside studio feature, network series, and independent film credits. His focus now is building AI into real production pipelines — connecting pre-vis, production, and post to reduce risk, move faster, and expand what's creatively possible on screen.
Mars Adriano
Head of Production
Mars is a producer and 2836's Head of Production. He has spent more than a decade in entertainment, producing hundreds of commercials and working on features and series for Netflix, Universal, Disney, Paramount, and Warner Bros. He built the 2836 workflow on his experience both on set and in post, and he oversees every project from pre-production through final delivery.
